By renting a residential property through Garrison Properties International, LLC, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions in accordance with applicable laws in Texas and Georgia. All information provided during the rental application process must be truthful and complete. Lease agreements are legally binding and outline tenant and landlord responsibilities, including timely rent payments, proper property maintenance, and adherence to community rules and local ordinances. Violations of lease terms—such as late payments, property damage, or illegal activity—may result in fees, lease termination, or eviction, as permitted by law. GPI, LLC reserves the right to modify policies or terms with appropriate notice, in compliance with state and local regulations. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
All payments made for application fees, deposits, rent, and all purchases from Garrison Properties International, LLC, are non-refundable. Application fees cover the cost of processing and are not returned, regardless of application outcome. Security deposits may be refundable at the end of the lease term, pending a final inspection and in accordance with state laws in Texas and Georgia. Rent payments are non-refundable once paid, except in cases of billing errors or overpayments, which will be reviewed and adjusted accordingly.
